Call for Applications for Free Psychotherapy Sessions for LGBTI+ Refugees – 2nd Period!
HEVI LGBTI+ Association is offering free individual psychotherapy support to LGBTI+ refugees between July 17, 2023 – October 23, 2023.
Start and End Dates of Sessions: July 17, 2023 – October 23, 2023
Days and Hours of the Sessions: To be determined together by considering the availability of the applicants.
Location: Sessions will be held online via the online communication channel.
Language: Sessions will be in Turkish accompanied by the Arabic and Persian translators. Sessions are also available in English.
Fee: Free of charge.
Number of Sessions: Ten sessions are planned for each counselee.
Requirements: Being a LGBTI+ refugee older than 18. (Regular attendance is required in order to enable more people in need to benefit from the sessions.)
How to Apply: The “Application Form” must be filled in completely or sent via e-mail to info@hevilgbti.org. Before submitting the “Application Form”, please review the “Clarification Text” and “Explicit Consent Form” regarding the protection and processing of personal data by the HEVI LGBTI+ Association.
Application Evaluation Process: All applications who meet the above-mentioned requirements and submit their application by 10/08/2023, 23:59 will be evaluated by the selection committee established within the HEVI LGBTI+ Association. The results will be sent to the applicants individually via e-mail by 11/08/2023, 16:59.
This support program will be carried out within the scope of the “Transgender and Non-Binary Refugees Empowerment Project” in cooperation with the HEVI LGBTI+ Association and the Wellspring Philanthropic Fund.
